Encompassing the section west of South Main Street and bordering Area 1 along West Poinsett Street, Area 3 extends south towards Interstate 85.

Highlights

Area 3 is home of the Benson Automotive Kids Planet, Century Park, and Greer Memorial Hospital.  This area has one of the largest residential populations and several established neighborhoods.
